Digital Marketing Specialist

Building Brands Marketing is looking for a digital marketing specialist with an innate ability to think critically and has an insatiable curiosity for generating results. You’ll be challenged to create, execute, and implement digital paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across ad platforms. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be working with content writers and designers to set, measure and achieve goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with writers and designers to develop strategic social media and search engine marketing campaigns
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborates with internal teams to create/optimize website pages
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO for local and national campaigns
- Demonstrable understanding of fundamental marketing principles
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Organization and project management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience
- Digital Marketing: 2 year
- Search Engine Optimization: 1 year
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year
- FB Paid Advertising: 1 year
