Robert Royer
Robert hosts the Building Brands podcast the way he runs everything else: as an owner-operator. He founded Building Brands Marketing in Victoria, Texas in 2018 and grew it to over 25 employees before the agency was acquired, and the same personnel eventually became Motivent Marketing as it exists today. For two decades he’s been in South Texas marketing, owning businesses in the home services and service-based trades, and he exited a trade services company along the way.
Today he’s the VP of Growth Marketing at Motivent Marketing and a co-creator of the Brand-to-Booked™ system for home service companies.
The resume behind the mic: Google Ads certified for nearly a decade. University of Houston-Victoria 2024 Young Alumnus of the Year. Past president of the Victoria Rotary Club, President-elect of the Victoria College Foundation, on the Board of Directors for the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, and a seat on the Texas A&M-Victoria College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board, among other roles.
