Building Brands Marketing is looking for a social media strategist with an innate ability to think critically and has an insatiable curiosity for generating results. You’ll be challenged to create, execute, and implement digital paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across ad platforms. As the social media strategist you will be working with content writers and designers to set, measure and achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generates, edits, publishes and shares content on multiple social and digital platforms
  • Designs and implements social media campaigns to align with business goals
  • Measures and reports performance of social media campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborates with agency team members to ensure brand consistency
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for social media
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
  • Conceives, drafts, proofreads, and edits written materials
  • Works as part of a team to contribute to content ideation and research

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Demonstrable understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Organization and project management skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors (preferred)
  • Social Media: 1-2 years (preferred)
  • FB Paid Advertising: 1-2 years (preferred)
